Welcome to Renzo Gracie Utah ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing this website, enrolling in classes, submitting your information, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Business Information and Service Description

Renzo Gracie Utah is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu academy located at 860 W 300 N Suite 200, Kaysville, Utah 84037. We offer kids and adult Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes, free trial classes, memberships, and related training programs. By opting into our communications, you can expect to receive messages regarding class schedules, appointment reminders, membership information, customer support, and promotional offers (if you have opted in to marketing messages).

3. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number and submitting forms through our website, lead forms, or other communication channels, you consent to receive SMS/text messages from Renzo Gracie Utah. These messages may include class scheduling, appointment reminders, membership information, customer support, and promotional offers (if you have opted in to marketing messages). You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send "STOP," we will send you a confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you wish to join again, simply sign up as you did the first time and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

6. Supported Carriers

Our SMS services are supported by major U.S. carriers including, but not limited to: AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost Mobile, Cricket Wireless, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

8. Age Restriction

You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in to our SMS messaging program. By opting in, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

Students and/or parents/guardians are responsible for consulting a physician before participating in physical activity programs.

12. Waiver of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Utah law, Renzo Gracie Utah, its owners, instructors, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any injuries, damages, losses, or claims arising from participation in classes, use of facilities, or use of this website. Participation is voluntary and at the participant's own risk.

13. Memberships and Payments

Membership fees, class packages, and promotional offers are subject to change at any time. By enrolling in recurring billing, you authorize Renzo Gracie Utah to charge the payment method on file according to your membership agreement. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or cancellation of membership access. Specific membership cancellation terms may be outlined separately in signed membership agreements.

14. Trial Classes and Promotions

Free trials, promotional offers, and introductory programs are limited and may be modified or discontinued at any time. Participation in trial classes still requires acceptance of all liability waivers and gym rules.

15. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, logos, text, photos, videos, and materials are the property of Renzo Gracie Utah unless otherwise stated and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

16. Minors

Parents or legal guardians must provide consent for any participant under the age of 18. Parents/guardians accept responsibility for minors participating in classes and activities.

17. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Our services and website are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, availability, or accuracy of our services.
