MEET OUR RENZO GRACIE UTAH INSTRUCTORS

Grayson Greener

Grayson Greener started training at West Side Jiu-Jitsu in Ogden, Utah in 2007 under Professor Mark Johnson. In 2014 Grayson moved to Salt Lake City where he trained under Professor Eddie Edmunds. He received his black belt from the legendary Pedro Sauer in 2015, and first-degree black belt in 2018. Grayson has over a decade of instruction experience, having been an assistant instructor since 2009 and a head instructor since 2012; Grayson has been teaching at Renzo Gracie Utah since 2020. He has also competed in MMA and Jiu-Jitsu locally.  Grayson graduated Cum Laude from Weber State University in 2011 with a bachelor’s degree in psychology. In 2022 he graduated Summa Cum Laude from Grand Canyon University with a master’s degree in psychology. Grayson applies these psychological and learning principles to allow students to quickly master the fundamentals of Jiu-Jitsu. His instruction is catered to all body types and skill levels. These self-defense-based classes will teach students to handle a variety of real-world altercations.
